Volunteering With CALM

Thank you for your desire to serve by volunteering with Charlottesville Abundant Life Ministries! We rejoice that the Lord has stimulated within you a commitment to co-labor with us in the Prospect Avenue area of Fifeville. Our work could not advance without servants like you! Serving the Lord by volunteering with Abundant Life is a privilege that we hope will be a blessing to you.

In order for us to care for and protect both our volunteers and the families we serve, we need you to complete a few forms. They are designed to guard the life, safety and health of our families, our volunteers, and our ministry.

Please download the forms below. Then you may either 1) print them, fill in the information by hand, and mail them to us (see PO Box at bottom of web page); OR 2) save the forms to your computer, fill in the information electronically, re-save them, and email them to Mary. You may also hand the forms in personally to an Abundant Life staff person.
