Leadership Catalyst
is an effort to stimulate home-grown leadership which includes (but is not
limited to) participation in the community Resident Council, coaching
basketball teams, attendance at parent meetings, and other neighborhood
initiatives.

social activities and community service by and for senior citizens. Accepting
contributions for their Adopt a Family project.

IDA
Savers Program
offers adults the chance to study money management while learning to
save monthly. Year-long support prepares adults to obtain an asset such as a
first-time home, a business, or post-high-school education. Grant funding matches the
adults' savings if used for asset purchases.
